Join us as Weymouth Center celebrates 40 years!

On July 20, 1979, Friends of Weymouth, Inc., dedicated Weymouth Center as an Arts & Humanities cultural center.

Where else can you enjoy a Sunday afternoon of world-class chamber music, concerts on the lawn, galas, festivals, literary events, horses and hounds, and beautiful gardens?

The former estate of author James Boyd, Weymouth links us to the rich, continuing history of conservation, literature, equestrian sport, and provides a place where the creative spirit is nurtured and celebrated.

Your membership is a vital part of sustaining the Weymouth Center for our community and future generations.

Your annual membership provides critical support. Joining Weymouth helps ensure that our gardens and grounds remain one of the finest parks in the region, a gateway to one of the oldest longleaf pine forests, and open for all to enjoy.

Your membership is integral to our literary, arts, and music programs, and helps us preserve the Boyd House—site of the NC Literary Hall of Fame, a North Carolina Writer-in-Residence program, and as a venue for a variety of events.

Join today and be part of a vibrant community that celebrates our cultural and natural heritage through conservation, art, literature, music, and history.
