Weymouth Center welcomes all group tours, whether educational, corporate, or simply recreational.
In particular, we welcome homeschoolers and all educational groups. Our goal is to be not only a cultural resource for the community but to foster a love of history, literature, music, and conservation in future generations. If you or your young writer, artist, or musician are interested, make sure to check out our summer Write-On Camp and our Young Musicians Festival.
For more information about tours or to schedule a community service project for your organization, please call (910) 692-6261 or email the front office.
The Boyd House and the North Carolina Literary Hall of Fame are open to the public, Monday through Friday (10 AM – 2 PM) and are free of charge.
The Weymouth Gardens are open and free to the public from dawn to dusk, year-round.
The James Boyd House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
